Delivery times are estimates from when your order ships, not from when it's placed. Remote and northern destinations may take longer.
Processing & tracking
We hand-pack every order in small batches, so most ship within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link as soon as it ships. During peak periods (summer and the December gift season) processing may take a little longer — we'll always note this at checkout.
How your order is packed
Because the product is a dry, shelf-stable powder, it ships in simple, protective packaging — no ice packs, no foam coolers, no environmental waste. Pouches and sachets are cushioned to arrive in great shape. If anything arrives damaged, see returns below.
Returns & damaged orders
For food-safety reasons we can't accept returns on opened mixes. But your happiness matters to us:
- Arrived damaged or defective? Email a photo within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund it — your choice.
- Wrong item or missing something? Let us know within 14 days and we'll make it right.
- Changed your mind on an unopened order? Contact us within 14 days to arrange a return (return shipping may apply).

Common questions
Does the slush mix need to stay cold in transit?
No. It's a dry, shelf-stable powder. It only becomes a slush after you mix it with liquid and freeze it at home, so it ships safely year-round.
How long does the product last?
The mixes are shelf-stable for an extended period — see the best-by date on each pouch. Store in a cool, dry place.
Do you deliver in Winnipeg?
Yes — delivery is free within Winnipeg city limits, or choose free pickup at checkout.
